Energy efficiency and acoustics play a particularly important role in the design of the centrifugal fan used for air handling systems. General HVAC Fan Wheels
The fan impellers of the punker General HVAC series have been specially developed for use in air handling units that have to meet the highest energy efficiency requirements, such as those specified by the Fan Efficiency Index (FEI). With their impeller geometry optimized for efficiency, General HVAC fan impellers cover a very wide operating range with maximum efficiency. This gives manufacturers of air conditioning units and plug fans for AHUs the opportunity to drastically reduce their number of variants and thus the costs and effort involved in supplier and warehouse management.
